Data Deletion Instructions – Messager Chatbot App

Messager Chatbot App provides users with the ability to request the deletion of their personal data collected through the Facebook Messenger platform.
How to Request Data Deletion
Users may request data deletion by following one of these methods:
✅ Method 1: Email Request
Send an email to:

Subject Line: Messenger Data Deletion Request
Please include:
- Your full name
- Your Facebook User ID (if available)
- A brief message requesting deletion
All verified requests will be processed within 7 business days.
✅ Method 2: Facebook Callback (Automatic)
If Facebook sends a data deletion request through our system, we automatically remove all related chatbot data from our servers and send a confirmation back to Facebook.
What Data Is Deleted
- Facebook User ID
- Chat messages
- Automated interaction logs
- Any user-provided information
Once deleted, the data cannot be recovered.
